^{The lineart for me is not particularly smooth, gives the impression that this might have been rushed. However you've kept to a colour code of cute pinks and purples, which makes it look especially girly.
What bugs me particularly is her nose is missing, maybe this is due to the anime style of her blush covering her nose - I don't know. Also the eyes seem to be a greater distance apart than they should be, maybe consider tighting that area up. The background, well, basic and simple, colour wise works well but the glowy white makes it look like particularly frightening head. For improvment-
